An On-Ramp page is the first page a participant sees when he/she joins and is used to show introductory information and ground rules for the conversation before joining the group. Participants view On-Ramp pages as individuals, not as a group.
To have a participant exit an on-ramp page and join the group you must create a button on the on-ramp page and check the “Join group” checkbox. Or select the “Automatically join the group when On-Ramp video ends” option when creating the on-ramp page.
