For a new participant to join a group, two conditions must be met:
- The participant must join before the Scheduled Start Threshold time
- The group must not be older than the Group Start Threshold time
If any of those two conditions aren't met, the participant joining will be put alone in the conversation where he/she can wait for other participants to join. This prevents people from joining too late and disrupting the group dynamics.
